    In another bowl, beat an egg and then add the coconut oil - wait until the oil is not too hot because the egg may curdle - and then add the honey.
    Start applying it to the tips and continue to rise to shoulder height, without it touching the head directly, i.e. without it reaching the roots. Leave it on for 15 or 20 minutes and repeat once or twice a week.<\/p>\n

    By the way, something I've learned these days is that no matter how long you have a mask in your hair, it's no longer effective. My advice is to apply heat with your hairdryer. What I usually do next is wrap all the hair in plastic film to keep it warm.<\/p>\n

    To combat dandruff or scalp itch problems, we can apply a small amount of oil directly to the area, gently massage it in to help it penetrate and leave it on for 10 minutes. After this time, rinse the hair with plenty of water and wash it with the usual shampoo. Another very good option is to apply, once a week, a mask made with 2 spoonfuls of coconut oil, 1 spoonful of olive oil and the pulp of an avocado. To prepare it, first heat a little coconut oil in a bain-marie or a few seconds in the microwave. Then mix the coconut oil with the olive oil and the avocado pulp.
